From design to doorstep
Whether you're looking for a compact home or a family-sized option, you can choose from a range of high-quality designs to suit your lifestyle and budget. Enjoy spacious open-plan living, seamless indoor/outdoor flow, and up to four generous bedrooms.
All Clever Living Co. homes are built locally in the Whanganui region by Shane Stone Builders, an approved Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). With design, construction, and finishing touches all included, building a warm, healthy home has never been easier.

Pick from the Clever Living range — compact through to four generous bedrooms. Every design can be adjusted to suit how you live.

Site inspection
We confirm ground conditions and site requirements. Transport within a 50km radius of Whanganui is subject to site inspection.

Faster consent
Many designs carry MBIE MultiProof approval, which reduces design approval time during the building consent process.

We build
Built locally by an approved Clever Living Co. Licensed Building Practitioner, with regular updates and site visits throughout.

Consent
What is MultiProof?
MultiProof is an MBIE multiple-use approval for standardised building designs. It confirms that the approved plans and specifications comply with the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC) — helping reduce design approval time during the consent process.
Clever Living Co. offers a range of designs with MultiProof approval, helping to make the building consent process faster and more streamlined.

Our prices are for a completed home (excluding curtains and blinds) and include:

Transport & site requirements
Transportation within a 50km radius of Whanganui is subject to site inspection.
Standard ground conditions are assumed for pile set-out; a site inspection is required to confirm final costs.
