Who are SSB?

Shane Stone Builders Limited is a locally owned, multiple award-winning construction company who have been operating since 2008.

We specialise in all aspects of building, including new homes, light commercial, alterations, kitchen & bathrooms, decks, but also including refurbishments and maintenance at local rest homes.

We are approved Tier 1 for both AA Insurance and Vero Insurance and the company has been approved builders for Bunnings Clever Living Co Homes since 2019. We place a great deal of importance on professionalism, duty of care and responsibility towards its clients. Its important to us to understand our client’s needs and always act in their interests.

As a Licensed Building Practitioner and registered members of the Master Builders Association our work is of the highest standard and the client is assured of the Master Builders guarantee of quality workmanship.

Expertise

Shane Stone Builders Limited combines building expertise with a solid track record. In co-ordinating projects, Shane Stone Builders utilises single point contact with client, liaising with the architect, building consent with Council, and liaising and co-ordinating with our large range of subcontractors to ensure the client is provided with expert knowledge.

At Shane Stone Builders our clients can focus on looking forward to a quality finish, a project completed both on time and on budget. We take care of the project from initiation through to handover, whilst keeping the client fully informed with a single point of contact.

Health and Safety

The Health and Safety in Employment Act 2015 sets out several duties that are to be fulfilled in order to ensure so far as it is reasonably possible, that no worker suffers harm while working, and no other person suffers harm because of the work being performed.

Shane Stone Builders Limited is committed to taking all reasonably practicable action to protect its personnel from harm at work.
